Trusts and Foundations
Grants from trusts and foundations form the largest and most sustainable source of income at Honeypot, and we are hugely grateful for every donation we receive.
Honeypot relies on the generosity of multi-year donors and regular givers plays a critical role in helping us to plan for and deliver the long-term, impactful services which transform the lives of young carers. Our Wrap-Round, year-round service is designed to alleviate social isolation, reduce stress and anxiety, turn around poor confidence and low self-esteem, and reverse educational underperformance.
What you can help with
Provide Respite Breaks at one of our beautiful houses in the New Forest, Hampshire, Pen y Bryn, Powys, Wales and Dalleagles, Scotland giving young carers some much needed, protected time to play, explore and socialise.
Deliver Social and Emotional Active Learning (SEAL), setting children on the path to educational success through in-school sessions, along with a residential break.
Offer our Honeypot Wellbeing Fund, ensuring young carers from deprived backgrounds can access life essentials or healthy eating.
Offer our Pastoral Support Programme to help young carers and families through challenging times.
Facilitate capital works and refurbishment across our Respite Houses, keeping the sites fresh, exciting and fit for purpose.
As well as project funding, Honeypot is always delighted to hear from donors who can offer unrestricted gifts, allowing us to direct funding where it is most needed.
