Corporate & Community Fundraising Manager | New Cumnock, East Ayrshire

Are you passionate about making an impact and skilled in building relationships? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead our corporate and community fundraising at Honeypot Dalleagles in East Ayrshire. Hybrid working - minimum of 2 days a week at the Dalleagles house (overnight accommodation provided if needed), plus occasional travel to meetings with corporates and donors as required. Are you passionate about making a difference in young carers’ lives? Join Honeypot Children’s Charity as a Children’s Residential Support Worker (CRSW) and play a vital role in creating joyful, safe, and nurturing experiences for children during respite breaks!

As a CRSW, you’ll be at the heart of our child-facing services, from organising fun, creative activities to helping children feel at home in a supportive environment. You’ll wear many hats - entertainer, mentor, carer, and role model - bringing empathy, creativity, and kindness every day.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting children’s social and emotional development during respite holidays, memory-making days, and workshops.

  • Leading and facilitating both individual and group activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures.

  • Ensuring a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered.

  • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of an onsite team dedicated to creating magical memories for young carers.

Minibus Drivers
Honeypot House in Hampshire

We're looking for reliable, friendly drivers to transport young carers safely and create wonderful memories! Based in The New Forest, travelling to various counties across the south including London boroughs. Hours: Flexible, includes evenings and weekends. Requirements: Clean driving license, compassion, and a cheerful attitude.
