Wellbeing Fund Beneficaries
Thanks to all your donations in our last appeal, these young carers have received Honeypot’s wellbeing fund!
jESSICA
Jessica, 12, helps care for her mum Angelika who has severe epilepsy, up to 30 seizures a day. Jessica was struggling with anxiety, confidence and maintaining in contact with her friends.
She now has her own space to work on her homework, relax and keep in contact with friends due to her ipad!

Poppy, a 9-year old young carer loved to draw, she loved having a creative outlet, her own space and hobby.

Zoe*
12 year old Zoe* struggled with space in her room, most the space in the house was taken up by equipment for her siblings.
She really wanted a space to call her own, Honeypot purchased helped her family to purchase a new high-sleeper bed and mattress. Replacing her old broken bed and creating extra space in her room for *Zoe.
“We really appreciate all of your help. She really does love her new bed! She said it's so comfortable and she had the best night’s sleep in it! Thank you!”

Kelly*
12 year old Kelly helps care for her older sibling who has severe mental impairment and mobility disabilities.
She had just started secondary school and was falling behind without a laptop at home. Kelly loves studying, saying “it’s mine, it’s my escape”.
The family were extremely grateful, Kelly now has the equipment to do what she loves and suceed in her
education.

Please help us in caring together for more young carers like Jessica or *Erica, so no child is left without essential life items. From the 6th-20th June all donations will be doubled.
