Young carers take off with United Airlines
Last Saturday, Honeypot partnered with United Airlines on a Magical Memory Making Day jetting 30 young carers from the Lambeth area to the North Pole to visit Santa and his elves.
Upon arrival at Heathrow Terminal 2 they were told to head to zone D to check in, luckily they’d wrapped up warm!
A friendly face greeted them at check-in along with United Airlines Magical Elves!
After picking up the boarding passes and a quick security check, we were ready to board!
For many it was the first time they had ever seen the inside of a plane, everyone was extremely excited to reach the North Pole and meet Santa!

“I’ve never been on an airplane before, I was so excited to meet the Pilot in the cockpit!”
On board the plane they enjoyed a festive party with Santa's elves, from bingo to a Christmas sing-a-long!
Upon arrival at The North Pole everyone was treated to a feast and a warm welcome from the United Airlines Team! Santa greeted all the children one by one and gave them amazing presents. Plus, Bumble was also there to assist Santa and give plenty of hugs!
We are extremely thankful to United Airlines for providing such a magical experience for the young carers, they were elated with their presents and will have a lasting happy memory forever!
